Our camps and clinics are oriented to help young athletes, college and recreational athletes develop speed, agility, quickness, strength and power. We will teach your children how to be active and follow a healthy lifestyle from an early age. The participant will improve their performance in their sport while having fun and learning about their body control, agility, coordination, balance, speed and reaction time.

This camps lasts for about 2 -3 hours and are usually held after school or during weekends. We are dedicated to providing our participants with a positive training experience through constant and careful teaching, instructing and coaching utilizing the latest scientifically proven training methods used by professional athletes and adapted by Rafy Oquendo for kids and young athletes based on thousands of training sessions and evidence based exercise science research.

We offer onsite sport conditioning camps and web based sports performance consultation before participating in our program to determine your fitness level, strengths and weaknesses and a customized course of action to be followed throughout the program and afterwards to bring your conditioning into balance. We incorporate a personalized and customized sports conditioning program utilizing leading technology in web based strength and conditioning coaching.
Through traditional and cutting edge sports performance activities, our program allow participants to experience the elements of our expertise as a backdrop and tool for training. We integrate ASTC Sports Conditioning Development Program concept into everyday life using exercise science and web based solutions designed specifically to track and monitor your progress along your journey.
Even after the sport camp or baseball combine has ended, continued web based tracking and sports conditioning coaching will be provided through our website. We will provide you with your own sports conditioning coach that will help support and motivate you throughout your journey. This ensures that the momentum of this life changing baseball does not wear off while new skills and habits are cultivated.
Each participant is matched with a sports performance specialist who works with athletes. We want all young athletes to enhance their athletic skills, stay active and have a great time by participating in our camps. All athletes follow a similar protocol that begins with warm up, dynamic flexibility and running technique which is followed by balance, core development, strength training and ending with a regeneration program.
