The Play4Work Program extends our wellness programming beyond the three main components: healthy behaviors, physical activity and nutrition. Play4Work involves the full integration of states of physical, mental and spiritual well-being. Our programming  includes  all the wellness dimensions: social, emotional, spiritual, environmental, occupational, intellectual and movement. Each of these seven dimensions act and interact in a way that contributes to your own quality of life. 


Our program is a science-based movement and energy management course designed to help participants become more productive, effective and healthier by teaching them how to attain more balance in their daily lives. The participants will work side-by-side with our health coaches and experts who have received specialized training in a variety of health and wellness fields. What we want to achieve: To help the participants to become more productive, effective and perform under pressure while maintaining a balance in their personal lives.  


We want to provide the participants with more tools to succeed at work and home and to excel under the most demanding and stressful conditions. CEO Rafy Oquendo has worked extensively with professional athletes and celebrities that need to perform under pressure. He combines his professional and life experiences and knowledge to create and implement this program.

This program is available for groups, organizations and individuals at any designated location.  In most cases the program is executed over  two full working days. After the program is completed, the participants  start their journey and we follow and support them with our state-of-the-art Online Wellness and Health Coaching platform.  The platform provides participants with world-wide access to thousands of exercise routines, wellness assessments, health and wellness tips, and wellness coaching support.
