EXERCISE IS A JOURNEY
The fitness revolution has been around almost 3 decades and structured exercise programs have been only marginally effective in getting people to be more physically active. But now we have a serious problem in our hands when one third of adults are obese and childhood obesity has tripled in the last 30 years in the United States. Why people sometimes lack the motivation for regular physical activity ? Well is a simple fact: Exercise is voluntary and time consuming; therefore it may extend the day or compete with other interest or priorities of daily life.
