Our movement/exercise system is a gradual and progressive program with no abrupt increases in intensity thus increasing training efficiency allowing the body to adapt to the stimulus and reducing the risk of injury. Our program is based on proven methods using exercise science based techniques, motivation tools, support, motivation and commitment to help you to achieve your goals.
Rafy combines his proven performance training curriculum for professional athletes and his exercise science based education and vast experience to help people at all fitness levels to succeed. After thousands of training sessions with people of all ages and fitness levels, and with various goals Rafy has created a comprehensive exercise program. We have divided the program in stages: Adaptation, Improvement and Maintenance. We measure, design a customized plan, track and support our members with our wellness coaches.
