ASTC’s Return Policy

This merchant's return policy depends on whether the item was fulfilled by Amazon.com or directly from the All Star Training Center Store.

If the item was fullfilled by Amazon

Customer may return new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, except during the December holiday period. Items bought during the holiday period will have an extended return period; the holiday period starts on the 1st of November ends on the 31st of December. Items purchased during this period are eligible for a full refund if received by January 31st. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.

The buyer will need to pay for the return shipments; return shipping costs will be refunded if the return is a result of merchant or Amazon error. All refunds go to the original purchaser. A full refund will be due provided the return is received within the return window. Replacements and exchanges are not supported; customers can return their original order for a refund and create a new order for the replacement. Items classified as hazardous materials are not returnable. Please contact us for issues concerning these items.

Instructions on how to return items

1. Contact us to create a return merchandise authorization
2. Print the returns slip and the shipping label
3. Include the returns slip inside the box and affix the shipping label to the box
4. Ship package

You will receive email confirmation when the refund is processed

If the item was fullfilled by the ASTC Store

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If your shipment arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please send us a message using the Contact us page and provide a detailed message and we will contact you within 24 hours. We will provide you with instructions for replacement or appropriate credit and instructions for return of the product. Please note we cannot handle store-purchased product. Our customer service representatives will need your order number, so please include the order number and shipping information with your message. Credit or refunds will be issued once we have received the returned product. A copy of your packing slip must be sent with returns. Priority or next-day air shipping charges on the original order cannot be refunded. Refunds may take 4 weeks to process.

For Consumer Returns

You must return the product to us within 14 days of receipt. Please send us a message using the Contact us page and provide a detailed message and we will contact you within 24 hours. We will provide you with instructions for replacement or appropriate credit and instructions for return of the product. Shipping charges on the original order cannot be refunded. If you have questions about this process, please Contact us. All returns must be made in original condition and include all accessories. You will receive an ASTC credit for your purchase only if it meets the criteria below. We do not offer merchandise exchanges.  Learn more about how to return an online purchase below. 

14-Day Return Period 

14 days from the date merchandise was received, refunds are available on dietary supplements, apparel, exercise equipment, and other physical products sent via U.S. Postal mail or other mail carrier.
The following items are not returnable:

Physical items that are abused

Opened videos, music and pre-wrapped literature

If the original item is opened and is damaged or defective, or if an incorrect item was shipped, you may receive credit for these items. Please see details below (Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items section).

Digital content (e.g. fitness workout downloads, ebooks, webinars, music, videos)

Allstartrainers.com website memberships

Any merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned. If the item is damaged or defective, please see details below. 

Missing Item or Damaged Product Fee

A missing item or damaged product fee will be charged for any product missing the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories and/or manuals (i.e., any product not in "like new" condition). Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items If you return a damaged, defective or incorrect item by mail you will receive an ASTC credit or a refund to your method  of payment. You may then choose to purchase a replacement item online. In the event that a digital download is corrupted or missing from a personal account, that specific product is eligible for replacement to the same username account as the original purchaser.

Rebate Policy

Any product that was purchased when a mail-in rebate/online discount was available on the purchase is subject to having the amount of the rebate deducted from the refund amount. Unless noted otherwise, all rebates are limited to one per product, per household or address. Promotional Items Any product that is returned without a promotional item(s) included with the original transaction (e.g., buy a training video, get a free workout mat), will have the value of the promotional item deducted from the refund amount. For Wholesale Customer Returns

Returns can only be accepted within 30 days of receipt of order. Expired products and Outlet products cannot be returned. Please contact Customer Service for a Return Authorization Number. Ship the returned product along with the packing slip and return authorization number, using a carrier/method that allows you to track the return package. We will provide you with an address to send the merchandise. For returns, 50% of the product value will be refunded, with no additional restocking fees. Shipping charges on the original order cannot be refunded. Please contact our Customer Service with any questions.

Cancelling an Order

Orders may only be cancelled within 2 hours of initial order placement; except for orders with 2-day or overnight shipping. Contact us for assistance.
